Saturday: Pride & Heritage Celebration

Pride & Heritage, a coalition of local community-based organizations serving the Asian/Pacific Islander (API) and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) communities in the DC metropolitan area, will host a series of events on May 22nd, 2010 in celebration of May as Asian Pacific American Heritage Month and to build community among DC LGBTQ APIs and allies.  The DC Trans Coalition is a community sponsor of the event, and Pride & Heritage has even graciously named us as a recipient of a portion of the proceeds.

Getting it All OUT: Building Our Asian Pacific Islander LGBTQ Community

(open to people who self-identify as LGBTQ APIs)
11th Annual Pride & Heritage Celebration
Location: Christ Church Washington Parish, 620 G St SE, Washington DC
Metro: Eastern Market
Time: 7:30-9:30pm
(open to everyone)
